Designing Innovative Experiences

Welcome to my portfolio

About Me

Amber Ephraim

I’m an aspiring game developer with a passion for creating engaging, interactive experiences. My interests include game development, UI/UX, and web development.

I have a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with the International Plan degree designation. As part of this program, I completed over 30 weeks of international study across study abroad, exchange, and internship experiences. I interned with Infosys Instep, ranked the best internship program from 2019-2023, and studied abroad in France at GaTech Europe and in Australia at the University of Sydney.

Through my academic and professional experiences, I’ve developed strong skills in designing interactive experiences and the ability to quickly adapt and collaborate across multicultural environments. I bring a global perspective to my work and enjoy solving new challenges.

"Amber is unique because she has international experience in studying abroad and interning abroad. This is enough time overseas to truly say she has more experience than the average student at navigating work relationships across international locations and different cultures."

Mouse on the Move

Mouse on the Move is a short 3D platformer where players control a mouse on a quest to find the cheese and escape. My contributions to the team focused on creating character animations and designing the user interface to enhance clarity and fairness.

Serenity VR

Developed in Unity, SerenityVR is a virtual reality experience designed to provide a calming, low-effort environment. It is built to be accessible from a relaxed position, requiring minimal physical activity. SerenityVR prioritizes ease of use while supporting mindfulness. By combining immersive design with creative expression, the experience offers users a peaceful outlet.

Painterly

Perlin Noise

Painterly Perlin Noise is a creative tool to enhance static images. This application allows users to transform static images of bodies of water into short videos with animated water. Using the deep learning model WaterNetV1 for water segmentation and 3D Perlin Noise, the system can animate water regions, creating a painterly motion.
